Adventure Island Travel Agency Terms and Conditions outline the rules for booking and using our adventure travel services in the Philippines, focusing on sustainable tourism in areas like Anda, Bohol, Malapascua,and Camiguin.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking any service, package, or tour with Adventure Island (operating as Adventure Seekers Travel Agency), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which form a binding contract. These terms apply to all travelers listed in your booking. You confirm that all participants have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Booking and Payments

Bookings require a minimum deposit of 50% of the total package price, non-refundable after confirmation. Full payment is due 30 days before the tour start date, via bank transfer, GCash, or PayMaya. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid bookings. All prices are in PHP and exclude personal expenses, tips, or optional add-ons like extended diving.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations 30+ days prior: Full refund minus 10% admin fee.
  • 15-29 days prior: 50% refund.
  • Less than 15 days: No refund.
    Force majeure events (typhoons, earthquakes) may allow rescheduling, but no cash refunds. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for cancellations.

Changes and Modifications

We may adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or supplier issues, providing alternatives of equal or greater value. You may request minor changes pre-booking for a PHP 500 fee per amendment. Major changes post-confirmation incur full rebooking fees.

Liability and Safety

Adventure Island acts as a booking agent for third-party providers (hotels, dive operators, transport). We are not liable for injuries, delays, or losses from acts of God, supplier failures, or participant negligence. All activities (diving, hiking, snorkeling) carry inherent risks; participants must be fit and follow guides' instructions. You assume all risks and waive claims against us. Minimum age is 12 for adventures; minors need guardian consent.

Health and Fitness Requirements

Participants must disclose medical conditions. Diving requires PADI certification or equivalent for advanced dives. We reserve the right to refuse participation for safety reasons, with no refunds.

Travel Documents and Compliance

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, and permits. Comply with Philippine laws and local regulations in Bohol and beyond. We provide sustainable tourism guidelines to minimize environmental impact.

Privacy and Data

Governing Law
